When the laser tube is not working in winter, if the water in the tube is not cleaned, the cooling layer of the laser tube will freeze and expand, and the laser cooling layer will burst, causing the laser tube to fail to work. The freezing and cracking of the laser tube cooling layer in winter are not within the scope of replacement. To avoid unnecessary losses, please do it in the correct way.
First use auxiliary equipment such as air pump or air compressor to clean the water in the laser tube. Customers who use chillers or pumps can remove the chillers or pumps and place them in a high-temperature room to prevent freezing of the water circulation equipment, causing damage to the chillers, pumps and other components, which will bring you unnecessary trouble.
Another thing to note is that do not add too much antifreeze to the laser tube, because the cooling layer of the tube will affect the quality of the light. For laser tubes, the higher the frequency, the higher the frequency of water changes. Otherwise, impurities such as calcium and magnesium in the pure water will adhere to the inner wall of the laser tube and affect the laser energy. In addition, antifreeze can be used. It is generally composed of alcohol and water.
